By enrolling in this cohort, you agree to the following:
I hereby give Belong by Dawn Christian® consent to record, videotape, and photograph my image and/or voice to be used in the following ways:
Company intranet, accessible by employees only.
Company website, accessible to the public.
Company social media accounts.
Employee newsletter.
Client/customer newsletter.
Printed annual report.
I understand that I will not receive special compensation for the use of my image and that I may not be informed in advance of the specific use of my image.
I voluntarily grant to Belong by Dawn Christian® the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made available on behalf of the Business or its partners at this event.
I agree that Belong by Dawn Christian® has complete ownership of such material and can use it for any purpose consistent with the Business’ image. These uses include, but are not limited to, photographs, videos, publications, advertisements, news releases, websites, social media, and any promotional materials in any medium.
I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of such images, videos, likenesses, etc.
I release, waive, forever discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue Belong by Dawn Christian®, its employees, contractors, or representatives from and against any and all liability for any harm, injury, damage, claims, actions, causes of action, costs, demands, and expenses of any nature whatsoever relating to the making, showing, distribution or use of my likeness in photos or videos made by Belong by Dawn Christian®.
Belong by Dawn Christian® and its successors and assigns shall have the full, exclusive, and complete ownership of said material produced pursuant to this release, which shall be deemed the sole property of Belong by Dawn Christian®, all of which ownership and other rights I grant Belong by Dawn Christian® for good and sufficient consideration.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and is governed by Washington, D.C. laws. Any modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
I confirm that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and have read this notice. This release shall bind me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
