The BeLeadership Capstone Experience
The purpose of the BeLeadership Capstone Experience is to facilitate four main areas:
• Ethos-Driven Mission Statement share out and reflections, learning key insights.
• Further relationships and connections Our community has been carefully curated to reflect the intergenerational, intersectional world we live in. You all represent various industries and levels of leadership.
• A call-to-action underscoring the urgency and need for us to demonstrate the core skills acquired as we move forward into your circles of influence.
•Establish sustainable commitments amongst your cohort peers for ongoing support.

Where is The BeLeadership Capstone Experience?

Why Sospeso?
Similar to the leaders invited to BeBrunch, Sospeso operates on a model rooted in community and belonging. As shared on their website, “The name Sospeso comes from Caffè Sospeso, which literally means "suspended coffee." This is a Neapolitan practice of anonymously paying for a coffee ahead for someone else in need. “Caffè Sospeso” is a symbol of generosity and true local community.”
What is the cost for the BeLeadership Capstone Experience?
Your and your plus ones attendance is comped as part of your experience.
Number of Attendees
Each member is encouraged to bring a guest. Your plus one can be a friend, significant other, family member, or colleague. Whomever it is-- it is someone that sees you!
Will there be food?
Light breakfast and full brunch to be included in the experience.
Where should You Stay?
If needed, the cost is on your own. We have provided recommendations below.

What should I do about parking?
Ridesharing or taxi is encouraged.
There is metered parking all along H ST
There is a parking garage under Whole Foods H ST NE, 6th ST entrance
If anyone is taking the train to Union Station, they can then take the streetcar
from there to H ST and 13th ST.
There is also paid public parking available at Union Station.
